All of our cards are made from full PVC plastic – not encapsulated cardboard. All our cards also come with rounded corners as standard.

We can offer Hard Copy proofs (also referred to as a wet proof) if required.  A Sample Fee will apply. Please contact us for further details where a team member will be happy to help.

We currently accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Transfer, and Email Transfer. Please note we cannot go to print with your order until we have received cleared funds into our account.

Yes, our cards start from 12 mil to 40 mil in thickness.0.55mm to 0.84mm. Most credit/debit cards are 0.76mm (30mil), same as our standard cards.

We would be happy to make a design for you. Our prices range start from $100 depending on your design.

Standard orders will take at least 10-15 business days for the product to arrive at your door after we have received your approval to begin production. Specialty cards may take longer. Turnaround time varies depending on options and quantities of orders.

We require payment before we begin to design or process your order. If your print fee total is over 100.00 then we will require a 100% deposit to proceed.

You can cancel before we start our final production. After we have received your signature of approval for production there are no refunds. Cancellations before the final approval are available for full refund. There is a $20.00 service fee that is non-refundable.

We have a minimum order of 500 cards. Because of our competitive prices, we cannot go any lower than that minimum order

Depending on the specifications, we will do our best to match the lowest price you have quoted from others. We cannot guarantee that we will match any price given. We must see a proper quote from the company that has quoted you lower than what we have quoted.

Yes. Most of our price breaks are at 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000, 25000, 50000 and 100000. If you are ordering a larger volume, please call us for a custom quote.
